About Maika
About
From a young age, I accompanied my mum to deliverin classes, sparking a lifelong passion for education and communication. After 16 years of teaching in Argentina (ESOL), I made a bold move to London, where I decided to further my studies and delve deeper into my true passion. This led me to become an Ayurveda Practitioner, specialising in breathwork and related therapies that have shaped me into the person I am today.
I find immense joy in doing what I love. My dedication to personal growth and self-discovery drives me to constantly evolve and incorporate new insights into my practice. Interacting with people and helping them uncover their potential is a source of inspiration for me.
Currently, I work with various companies providing workshops on wellbeing and offer one-on-one consultations for those wanting more in-depth personalised advice. My approach involves peeling back layers to uncover the root causes of issues, empowering others to make positive changes in their lives.
By focusing on fundamental principles such as nutrition, sleep, stress management, and lifestyle adjustments, I aim to simplify life, promote holistic well-being and help clients achieve their other goals more easily. My passion for what I do fuels me every day, and I can't imagine ever wanting to stop.
