With a solid teaching background of over 16 years and a deep passion for holistic therapies that cater to the individual's physical, emotional and social well-being, I am thrilled to embark on a new journey of expanding customised services to organisations.

 

I have the privilege of working with Task Human in the USA, providing online group sessions to companies like Finastra, Boomi, Juniper, Confluent, as well as with Myofunctional Therapy UK for breathing re-education and Thrive Tribe as NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme Practitioner. Additionally, I run my own private clinic offering personalised sessions workshops.​​​
