Service Description
When the nervous system has been under stress for too long, it can show up as exhaustion, overwhelm, digestive discomfort, disrupted sleep, or a strained relationship with food and body, even when life looks “fine” on the outside. This work offers a pause: space to slow down, become aware, regulate the nervous system first, and only then introduce meaningful change. It’s not about fixing or pushing, but about gently rewiring and relearning, restoring safety, capacity, and resilience. My work is grounded in an integrative approach blending Eastern wisdom and Western science to support nervous system regulation in a practical, embodied, and sustainable way. Working both gut‑to‑brain and brain‑to‑gut, we foster balance, nourishment, and a more compassionate relationship with your body. Sessions may include breathwork for regulation; nutrition and relationship‑with‑food support; behaviour change guided by nervous system capacity; lifestyle management such as sleep, rest, and daily rhythms; gentle body‑based practices including Reiki or Ayurvedic relaxation massage; and herbal suggestions where appropriate , all tailored to what your system needs on the day. 🌿 Awareness first.
