Indulge yourself with COLOURFUL and HEALTHY dishes!

Here is a simple, fresh and wholesome wrap to take to the office or accompany your meal.

Fruits and vegetables fall into five colour categories: red, purple/blue, orange/yellow, green, brown/white. Even though the colour not necessarily mean it contains a particular vitamin, mineral or phytochemical (disease-fighting chemicals) by mixing them we include necessary nutrients to our daily diet. By eating a rainbow of fruit and vegetables we make sure we include not only the necessary nutrients to prevent ailments, but also your mood will be lifted with a variety of attractive and bright colours on your plate.


  • 1 spinach wrap

  • Moroccan hummus or any other you enjoy

  • Grated mooli* (also known as radish or Daikon)

  • Grated carrots

  • 5 or 6 Sundried tomatoes and a dessert spoon of its oil (or grated beetroot)

  • A few drops Tabasco sauce (to taste)

  • Rock salt to taste.


1. Spread the hummus throughout the wrap.

2. Add the radish, another thin layer of carrots and then the sundried tomatoes.

3. Spread its oil or olive oil all over the wrap together with some drops of Tabasco sauce. Finally rock salt to taste.

4. Wrap it up!

* According to Ayurveda, Mooli or radish balances all three doshas, thus it's advisable for everybody. It’s pungent and bitter and every easy to digest. You can use it in salads, dhals or as a sautéed vegetable. It’s an excellent digestive and used in diabetes, fever, cold, cough, allergic conditions, throat disorders.
