Sugar cravings?

Please go for it without guilt. These RAW POWER BALLS only take 10 minutes and you can ask your KIDS to help you.

You can shape them into balls or use different shape cutters. It’s a sensory activity they will definitely enjoy.


  • 10 big dates

  • 2/3 cup nuts (like almonds, walnuts or/and hazelnuts)

  • 1/3 cup cacao powder (without sugar added)

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste (optional)

  • Grated coconut to taste (You can either use it to coat the power balls or add it in the preparation)

  • 2 tablespoons chia or hemp seeds (optional)

  • Ground cinnamon to taste (I use a pinch)


Blend the dry ingredients first and then add the honey and vanilla paste. Moisten your hands before shaping the balls if the mixture is too sticky. A fastest way is to press the mixture into a smooth surface and cut it into small squares. Ready!
