Sugar cravings and quick energy boost

These Raw Power Balls are a delicious and nutritious snack that only takes 10 minutes to prepare. You can even get your kids involved in the process by shaping them into balls or using different shape cutters.


  • 10 large dates

  • 2/3 cup of nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, or hazelnuts)

  • 1/3 cup of unsweetened cacao powder

  • 2 tablespoons of honey

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla bean paste (optional)

  • Grated coconut to taste (for coating or adding to the mixture)

  • 2 tablespoons of chia or hemp seeds (optional)

  • Ground cinnamon to taste (a pinch)


  1. Blend the nuts, cacao powder, and cinnamon in a food processor until finely ground.

  2. Add the dates, honey, and vanilla bean paste (if using) and blend until a sticky mixture forms.

  3. If the mixture is too sticky, moisten your hands before shaping it into balls. Alternatively, press the mixture into a smooth surface and cut it into small squares.

  4. Roll the balls in grated coconut (if using) or add it to the mixture for added texture and flavor.

  5. Store the Raw Power Balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
